Looking for UK Sellers on Etsy

As you may, or may not know. I'm always very keen to promote other sellers of vintage, especially VFG members. :cats:

Well right now, I'm looking for vintage retailers but specifically those who sell on Etsy and are based in the UK.

I've contacted the UK editor of the Etsy blog so say that I'd like to see 'vintage' as one of their categories. Vintage gets so little publicity on Etsy compared to all the handmade stuff!! Amity agrees fully with me and will have a word with the powers that be. Don't hold your breath but it's a start!!!

In the meantime she's asked if I'd be interested in writing an article to promote vintage sellers who are UK based. I've jumped at the chance but need to find UK sellers on Etsy in order to promote.

So, if you sell your vintage on Etsy (or know someone that does) and you're UK based, please contact me here or send me a U2U.

And of course I'd love to be involved/featured! There's got to be plenty of other UK Etsy vintage sellers who would jump at the chance too.
 
Thank you Sarah. Looks like the UK Etsy blog are really up for this so I'm just thinking of names for the article. What do you think of this title?

'Cool Britannia! The Best Vintage from around the UK' - or something along those lines???

I've got to come up with about 800 words and include lots of photos too with links. I can only use magazine quality photos and sellers with great feedback etc.

I've found 11 UK Etsy sellers that deal specifically with vintage so I'm not sure that's enough to keep it going monthly. :( Joules has kindly provided a link to UK sellers but the ones I've looked at are mainly doing handmade rather than pure vintage. I'll keep looking though . . . . . .

It would be easier doing worldwide vintage but as it's the UK Etsy blog I contacted about including 'vintage' in their categories, I guess I'll have to concentrate on UK vintage. It's a start anyway.
