Looking for white or pale pink french cuff men\'s shirt

I've been on the hunt for a quality men's dress shirt with french cuffs in either white or pale pink, but everything I'm finding is not fitting the groom properly. Vintage may be the way to go (or we're off to the taylor). My son wears a medium, but has a large neck - 17-1/2.

Brooks Brothers custom makes shirts or at least they used to...that might be a pretty penny but it might be worth for a special day too

Okay. It is suppose to be a scorcher today but I will try to get over there. BTW, I will be gone the same time for 4th of July Holiday and my anniversary is June 29th.
