Hi again,

NWT Wide leg cuffed women's pants. 1960's or 1970's?

Lord Isaac's used as a trade name since 1963, but trademarked in 1966, cancelled in 2006. Kimball tags used through the 70s.

Any assistance in dating as well as describing fabric appreciated.

They look mid 70's to me. Wide leg, front pleat trousers with turnups.
What do the labels say re: material content?

Another vote for mid '70s, I'd even go as much as '77. The fabric looks like a slubby linen but I think it's more likely to be a viscose or poly.

Hi, sorry for delayed response. Meant to post a close up of the label, but got slammed here.
Yes it is a slubby linen like fabric 65% poly 35% Rayon, they are a light green chambray like fabric, but slubby, the filling yarns and slubs are white.
What might you call this fabric, if one was searching it out?
