This should be somewhat simple bur after looking at this computer screen for an hour looking to date this not so vintage levi denim shirt has given me such a headache...lol. Anyway can some kind vintage professor date this. The sideseam care tag has this.....291 M - 1Q 95 then 55500-1381....is 95 the year ?

Different labels have different systems but years aren't usually part of the numbers, although sometimes they can be there in code.

So I can't confirm a '95 date but the indications post to it being modern/contemporary (by which I mean since 1990) - bright colour, size of collar, labelling, size and made in Indonesia.

looks like their very basic work shirt ~ which makes these hard to date bc they're still making them.

you might want to try to contact Levi's directly to see if they can aid you with their labels. that looks very much like a retro tag...

i know a lot of companies were manufacturing in Indonesia in the early 90s ~ (Liz Claiborne, Naf Naf and many others) but really not sure about Levis.
