Love this dress! 1940s?

I'm in love with this dress! I'm thinking maybe late 40s? It has a matching bolero and is a black cotton eyelet material with a metal talon side zipper. What do you all think?

Yes, 1950's. My mother had a dress of this navy colored eyelet fabric.
