Macy\'s Flower Show Windows in Vintage Fashions!

Last night I saw Macy's main display windows for their Annual Flower Show. Different decades of vintage fashion (and another century) were represented in each of the 6 windows with STUNNING flowers dresses on mani's surrounded by even more flowers.

I did not get photos, nor did I see the images on their main site. But, if you Google "macy's flower show windows 2008" you will get many results for those who did get images, as a zillion people were there taking pictures for the 15 minutes I looked at the windows - which are up for 2 weeks.

Well worth the search to see them. Especially the Marie Antoinette rose gown w/matching pink hair, Twiggy in a stripped Mod daisy dress, and the 50's New Look dress with the bodice done in wrapped leaves.

I have to get a new pocket camera so I can take pics of stuff like that around the city when I see it. I wish I had it this morning. I would have secretly snapped pics of all the ladies I saw wearing great new spring hats.

I'll get the camera after I get the new computer.
