McQueen of London. Help with tag and era

hi everyone! hope you are all doing great.

i found this blouse in my neighborhood thrift shop and i love it!
it has a japanese-style fabric with what i think is cherry blossom trees and geishas. the collar is very spiky. the blouse is only about waistlong and there is bow that you can tie in your waist.

the tag says "McQUEEN of London - MADE IN ENGLAND".

i'm wondering if anyone has seen another blouse like this, maybe knows something about the label and when the blouse was made.
