Mechanic's Jacket Cotton Twill Selvedge Lampo Zip

Hello!

I found this mechanics-style jacket and would love to find out more about its origins. Unfortunately it has no labels, tags or print. Seems to be made out of a cotton twill with white selvedge and has a Lampo zipper. Based on that i'm thinking European (Italian) 40s/50s but could be way off so appreciate any help.
