Men Harvard hats

OK, trying this another way. I have looked everywhere for this company. On trademarkia, there are 40 pages of "Harvard" and none for hats. I've checked Bizpedia, Zibb, Funding Universe and Unibrander...and last resort, Google! What am I missing?
I need to know when this company started. Anybody?

Is it possible for you to post a photo of the label, tags, or inner stampings on this hat? Are you sure the name "Harvard" is the maker, and not a name for the model/style of this hat? Just wondering, as you have not found information. Is this a new hat you have, or an antique one?
 
The Fedora Lounge is a website which has some members well versed in mens' hats, and they may be helpful also. We do have a member here who is very knowledgeable on mens' hat and he may come along and be of some assistance. Not all members come to the Forums on a regular basis. I know a bit about mens hats history but am not familiar with Harvard as a hat maker.
 
Is Harvard the maker or perhaps the "style?" There seems to have been both a "Harvard Hat Co." and also a "Havard hat" style.

Barbara, Thanks for your response. (and for responding to the last post about the hat). "Harvard" is the name of the company. To be exact, this one says "Harvard Sports Headwear" (stamped in the sweatband). I did check the Fedora Lounge. I couldn't find an answer there. I WILL check again.
 
If you do a Google search using the term "Harvard Sports Headwear" with the quotations, you will get some results. I am not seeing a ton of info and I don't find anything after a cursory search as USPTO.gov (it might be there but I need to do a more in depth search). It would be most helpful for you to post photos of the hat and the label - Barbara is a true hat expert and can probably help you if she can see photos.

I've been trying to register on the Fedora Lounge Forum for a few days. I don't know what's wrong, but it just won't send me an email with authorization. I tried putting in your shop name as a reference, but it didn't recognize it. so I tried with no reference. Do you have any ideas about why this is happening?​

Have you checked your junk mail/spam folder for the authorisation email?

I wrote to them via the "contact us" button but haven't heard anything.
....dang.....
 
Sorry Sunny, Maybe it's not going through due to a system glitch. Have you tried registering and/or contacting them through a different browser like Google Chrome or Firefox?

:)I use Google Chrome, but I'm seriously thinking of trying Firefox.
