Men\'s Nightshirt.....How old?

First a bit of history.....The city of Manchester, NH literally grew up around the Amoskeag Mill in the 1800's and the mill closed in the mid 1930's. This nightshirt has a label dating the material from Amoskeag Mills in 1921. The label is "Repose Night Wear" and it has a size 18 stamped on the label.

Here is a closeup of the front of the shirt. It has a bit of Oriental flair with its mandarin collar and frog closures (pearl buttons instead of knots....one button missing).

Any ideas on what decade the nightshirt would have been made? Thanks so much in advance.....Gail

I have no idea! (so it would have to be 1921 or later...unless "1921 fabric" was a line with no definitive end date)

Maybe Lizzie would like that little history to put in the resource

The lady who brought this to me yesterday just knew it belonged to someone in her late husband's family as it was packed in a box of their belongings. She is going through many of her and his families estate items.....She brought me some great things.
