Men\'s saddle shoes...date?

I love these swanky shoes!!! Are they 60's, 70's...not a clue on age.

I love two toned shoes! I am not sure if they are saddle shoes though...more like black and white spectators. THe saddle shoes would have more of a curved area ("saddle shaped") of black near the top there. THis is more angular. And the perforations remind me more of a man's spectator or a wing tip. They are not wint tips, but have the perforation that is sometimes similiar.

I would wait til the shoe experts come along.
