Could this be a men's tuxedo scarf-thingamabob? It's made like a couple others I have, though much larger. There are no tags, no printed name.

This would have been a lady's scarf, or might have even been used as a stole with either a matching dress or palazzo pant outfit. Great design and colors from the 60s!
