Hello everyone,

I have just joined the group today and hope I am posting in the right place! I love vintage and my sister and I collect many pieces of clothing including purses. We first found our first Whiting and Davis gold purse about 1 year ago and fell in love. I recently stumbled on another purse without a label or stamp. I am assuming it is not Whiting and Davis, and am even having trouble estimating the age of the purse. I am going to try and upload a picture to ask for feedback anyone might have. It is a darling purse. From the photos, it does not appear to be antique. It could be vintage but not terribly old, or be a recent revival piece.

Thank you Barbara - I was wondering because the way the "strap" is attached made me wonder about age as well as the chevron like pattern. Is that a pattern that was ever used in mid century?

The chain, the frame's art deco inspired look and the chevron all look disco 70s to 80s, to me.
it is SUPER cute!
