Miss NR = Nina Ricci?

Hi everyone! This weekend I found a beautiful dress at the flea market. It Is a minidress in faux Blue fur that feels really nice to the touch. 90s looking to me. The label says "Miss NR" and researching online I came across quite a few listings/post of dresses with the same label and they claimed It Is a line of Nina Ricci. Some of the Sellers seems really serious vintage Sellers so I'm inclined to trust their claims but I can't find any source online of this connection between Nina Ricci and Miss NR. Hello, I don't think the initials don’t match the font of Nina Ricci from that time.

I can't find any information that Nina Ricci ever had a line called Miss NR.

Hi, it seems to me that it's a coincidence of initials and has no relation to the brand Nina Ricci. Even if some collection of this brand were to be logoed on this way, there should be information with the full name of the fashion house on some side tag. In this case, it's probably a completely different brand

Thank you so much! It seemed really strange I couldn't find anyhing but Sellers linking this two labels. I thought maybe I wasn't good enough at researching!

I love a good label mystery! After researching I also do not believe the Miss NR label is associated with Nina Ricci. Looking over the company's trademark history HERE, I do not see anything matching the label on your dress. It also appears that the Nina Ricci fashion house is based out of Paris France, so the Made in Italy tag is another clue it is not the same. Is there another label inside the dress, probably along the side seam, with any information on it such as an RN number? Either way, it is a really cool dress! If I stumble across anything else, I will be sure to update my post.
