It was just described as a camisole, with no indication of any date.
The seller had bought it from a fancy dress shop that was going out of business so I'm guessing that it could have been hired out to theatre companies.
When I first looked at it, I said Edwardian era to myself because of the wear to it, the style etc, that was until I looked inside. Inside is a modernish care label so is this an Edwardian repro, made for a theatrical company or something like that and if so when?
