More info about this amazing 80s leather jacket anyone?

Hello everyone
So today I got this leather jacket, it immediately stood out because of the rings, i've never seen something like this.
I think it from the 80s, what do you guys think?
Does anyone know anything about the brand/label, or does it remind you of something, id love to know more about this statement piece. I know that the M is probably the size and the care label doesnt say much either, but anything could help! thanks

I think the M label is a size label too. Not sure this is 80s but more contemporary... early-mid 90s maybe if not later. Hard to see the photos...

As the care labels are in many languages it is more than likely of European origin, English appears first following by German I believe.
