Congratulations on all the impressive publicity! The book and the author deserve every bit of it.

I just came from an estate sale, where I was helping a friend who was running the sale. One of the things they were selling was a (rather plain) sterling money clip with what looks like a woman's espadrille on the end of it. Everyone said, "Gee, this is nice, but I don't think I know any man who wants or needs one with a woman's shoe on the end of it." I said I knew someone who probably would enjoy keeping all his money in that clip.
