More questions... Kameez?

When I heard that boho was coming back, I pretty much grabbed anything vaguely ethnic that I found.

This is one of those items... but I know nothing about it.

I think it's awful... but I hope someone likes it!
Is this a kameez? Date ideas? Anything? There are no tags.

The more I look at it, it looks almost too long to be a kameez...but maybe because its not on a "body" i can't tell...

Does it have slits up the bottom of the side seams? (kameez-symptom)

The bib effect is kameez-like, but the sheer volume and tie-dye effects are not so much.

Possibly due to the kind and amount of decoration, you might be better off advertising this as decadent hippie kaftan.

i think you might want to go for that rich bohemian look before you ditch it...you might be surprised...but that is just me.... the colors look more autumn to me too.
