Murray Meisner Dress

I am flummoxed. Murray Meisner is in several places on Etsy, with different decades given, and none of the labels look like this sewn-in label. Nothing on Trademarkia. I really wonder if the RN number validates it as 60s. It's 46" long and there is no indication that the hem was taken up. Skirt is very full. No zippers.
Someone please un-flummox me!

It looks 80s to me as well. It reminds me quite a bit in cut with this dress I have on etsy now.
I have this one listed as 90s, mine does have small shoulder pads.

I am thinking 80s too. The made in Taiwan R.O.C. is another clue to the 80s for me along with the style of the dress & fabric

My first thought was 80s. The sewn in tag kept throwing me off. The tags in the ones I looked at looked newer. Mary Jane, It's interesting that the tag in yours is sewn in the same way.

I'm even thinking 90s if it buttons all the way down. That and the straight drop waist are indicators for me.
Does it have care symbols as well on the label. Tumble Dryer present would make it post 1985.

It doesn't button all the way down. No symbols on the tag. The back is blank.
