There was an article in the Sunday (7-26) LA Times about the Museum of Counterfeiting (p.P3). Wish I had know when I was in Paris. I could assist with a Chanel display.

Wow, this sounds interesting! I didn't know about this museum either. I'll have to check it out the next time I go to Paris.

There have also a lot of movies, TV series and commercials been filmed there - among them the classic "La Grance Vadrouille" !
