I wanted to share with you the interview I did with Carol Beadle, the costume designer for the film The Runaways. It's the first time I looked at 1970s clothes and loved every single piece.

I loved Carol's response when you asked her if she thought her costume designs would influence fashion - she was modest and realistic, and just highlighted what she would like to see becoming popular.

Another yes for high-waisted jeans from me! - I have some on right now (50s style rather than 70s though, I like a bit more room at the thigh!)
