I was making one of my new graphic art designs and just thought i would show you a close up of this purse. I couldn't believe how sharp i was able to get it. (have you see this purse before Susan (Queenie?)) :)

Its a "detail" of my graphic art piece (if i can really call it that because i think it only belongs in the museum of BAD art)
"Vintage Handbag Rorschach Test".

Oh, you can see it at

My card shop

Its part of the "home front" section of the shop where i have 40s vintage clothing as art...the main shop is the WWII guys. I plan on someday making these guys available in print format for clothing/uniform research.

By the way, I used the VFGShop as my referral when i opened it so whatever i sell...the VFG gets a little bonus. So if you are planning on opening your own cafepres shop to sell shirts with your shop logo or for a school project...remember to type in "VFGshop" as who referred you :) :) It helps you...and a great cause at the same time.

I love your Cafe Press shop Chris!! You are very clever!! The tie images are quite striking!

We have some really old glass negatives with some great images. I have told dh of your enterprising CP shop and I would love to do the same with our pics. One that comes to mind is a shot of a guy reading the paper sitting on a chamber pot out in middle of the mountains...it is hilarious!

Thanks, Bonnie!

Not sure if I would call it...um... "enterprising", but its definitely there in its little space on the web. I am going to start marketing my WWII party invitations to reenactor groups soon though I hope.

This reminds me Bonnie (re: guy on a chamber pot) of the cornerstone artwork of the Museum of Bad Art (MOBA)...the pointillist (non!)masterpiece "Sunday on the Pot with George." so there is definitely a precedent for the subject matter.
