My Mom is wearing vintage!

My Mom (who is 57) and I had a fun day together just after Christmas. We spent almost the entire time at an antique mall. I found quite a few pieces of vintage. She saw a cute 50s black & white jacket with matching top and loved it. She tried it on and it fit perfectly. It was such a buy but I still had to talk her into it. Now it is the favorite piece in her wardrobe. Everytime she wears it she gets oodles of complements and enjoys telling people that it is vintage 50's. Now she has asked me to find her more! Another convert, yes!!!! I will try to find a photo of her in it and add it later.

I thought I had a picture on my computer but I don't. I'll have to have her model for me next time I see her!

She was 19 when she had me. She was so young! She told me once that when she went to the hospital she took her pre-pregnancy jeans because she just assumed that once she had me she'd be back to her old size. If only!
