my new hat- dating and info??

I went to some vintage collectors market and found this gorgeous hat.
It reads Glenover fawntra, henry pollak inc. New York (something, 2/3 letters) 100% wool. It's a white/cream beret... It has Duke of Kent on the band... Was just wondering about the hat really!
