My Prize item do recognized it?

I thought I share with you one of my prize find which I bought this summer in the UK, it was shipped in from a US dealer earlier this year I was just wondering if any one recognized it as something they sold.

That's a NICE coat! All your accessories (and those lovely seamed stockings!) set it off nicely. That was a prize find.

Here is a close up it is sort of satin with a pattern done in flocking over it

the other thing is the length of dress I think it should be longer not sure
