Could anyone help me figure out what on Earth this label says? Does anyone recognize it? I'm not even sure what direction to read from!

I think it says Jeff. The style of writing is very similar to Jeff Gallano labels. I haven’t seen any with just the Jeff before though. I suppose it could be a diffusion line. Are there any other labels at all?
