Mystery Goodwill Sweater

Hey! I just thrifted this from goodwill and I can't find anything online about the brand or the designer. Any info at all about dating or the brand would be so incredible!

About the cloth—it looks like it's mainly corduroy and the collar material is rough. The whole thing is 100% cotton, as stated by the inner tag.

The label reads "Mauricio Burattini" and "Roma". I know nothing other than that.

I found a Serbian listing for a shirt of the same brand for under $20 US:

Other than that... I came up with nothing.
My gut feeling is that it's a "fast fashion" type of brand and has nothing to do with Italy. Are there any other tags, in the side seams for instance?
