Name for an odd hat style

Has any one got any idea of the name of the hat worn by this lady, it must be a shot from a film I not great on old films/ stars either.

That looks like a scene from "Bringing Up Baby" and that is Katherine Hepburn with Cary Grant. Baby, by the way, was a leopard!

The crown on that hat is often referred to as a funnel crown.
