Name that artist....kid\'s shirt

I have this neat vintage 70s kid's shirt, and I can't put my finger on the artist or style. Any opinions? I posted on the private side, but no one could put their finger on it there, either...
Oh, and that's my super cute kid modeling (vintage 2001). He's digging this modeling thing!
