National Straw Hat Month

Spring is officially here, and National Straw Hat Month reminds us that it's time to put away our felt and wool winter hats in favor of these lightweight lids.

Found in all corners of the world, in every conceivable shape, texture and tone, hats woven of straw or grass have proven their worth for centuries as protection from the elements.

This week VFG members strut their straws, reveal their raffias, parade their Panamas, flaunt their fedoras and boast their boaters to cello-brate this stylish staple of Spring and Summer fashion.
