I will be listing this later on Thursday and need a bit of help. The necklace features metal beads/balls with splashes of enamel painted on each one.
Each bead is separated by little "clapper" type things....sortta like the ends of the waist-ties on a hippie broomstick skirt. The silver clappers can be twisted to be together or separate...they are very movable within the middle of the bead.
The fastening section features an S shaped hook.
Does anyone have an aprox date of this necklace? I am stumped on a category, too. Should it go in "vintage/costume"? or "necklaces"? What do I call the separators besides clappers? And would you call it hippie and/or bohemian and/or gypsy?
Thanks in advance......Gail
