Necklace question

Hi! My sister bought this and gave it to me. I have no idea if it's vintage or not. Either way it's still pretty cool. Any thoughts? There are no signatures or markings.

Reminds me of Coro's hand but there's a little too much detail for it to be the 40s-50s...and Coro DID mark their pieces. I'm thinking it's 70s, regardless.

Hmmm I will have to check when I get home. I don't know if it is substantial enough to be a belt but it does have an interesting closure. It slips into a hook on the back of The hand.

So... it really could be a belt! It would need a smaller waist than mine though it goes around hooks but that's about it. On someone smaller it would really work as either!
