Need a date on a nice velvet opera coat

I found this gorgeous black velvet opera / evening coat today. I thought it might me 1950s, but am unsure. The name on the tag is Shirley Anne. Anyone know anything about this label? Also, it has a gorgeous black satin lining. Lining seams are pinked. I love the trim and buttons. Coat is in near mint condition. Hard to find anything velvet in such good condition. I am pretty sure its very late 60s or early 70s. My mother bought a dress at Pot Pourri in 1973ish and I don't think that store had been around for that long.

Agree with Jonathan on the late '60s-early '70s (probably '70s rather than earlier). You can tell from the bound button holes and finish on the buttons that it's good quality and in excellent condition. Well done!
