I did a completed items search as I have 4 vtg slips I will list shortly. It appears that 90% of them start at $9.99.
Is that pretty much the eBay norm?

p.s. it also appears that the bigger the better, dangit!
 
I hate to start anything at $9.99 but I think a lot of lingerie sellers do who have a lot of following. Since I am not solely a lingerie seller, I usually start mine at $14.99 if it has a little something different like...different color, chiffon hem, extra lace, good label, etc.
