Need a little assist with this Geoffrey Beene dress....

I am in a bit of assistance with this "Geoffrey Beene...Part II" red, white and blue dress which I think is from the late 70's ???

Any suggestions on keywords? Should I use Patriotic or Red White Blue in the title...or neither of them? Oh, and here is the label:

Would it be from 1976, the bicentennial? Maybe just put patriotic...or Go Vote dress. LOL
