Hello All,
OK, I have this side metal zip dress with umbrella novelty print. It is 3/4 full circle. It is 40's or 50's and do you wear it plain or with a puffy crinoline?

I'd try it with a crinoline to see how the skirt looks. From your photos, it looks early 50s, but could be from the last years of the 40s as well. Just don't "over-crinoline" it, if you know what I mean. Sometimes I see them that look like stuffed sausages!

If it's not a full circle skirt, I wouldn't crinoline it.

What do the seams look like? Are there any tags?

it looks like it lays nicely without, but sometimes a BIT of crin gives it a good (better) shape; if you show it with AND without, that's a nice way for your buyer to see how it lays each way, too
