need help dating a beaded handbag--1920s or older

I'm pretty sure this beaded handbag is not any more recent than 1920s, but I'm not sure exactly how old it is. Any help would be appreciated!

I think the oak leaf motif beadwork is actually Victorian, but I'm not sure about the jewelled frame and added cut bead fringe, which look more 1920s to me. Perhaps it was restyled or remodelled? However, I am not positive in my comments, other than the oak leaf beadwork being older than 1920s - that I am sure of.

Jonathan, thank you!!! I've done a bit more research, and I found Victorian purses with similar looking frames and fringed beading, so that would work with your dating of the oak beadwork.
