Van you help me pin point a date for this blouse? Also, what would the collar "stay" have been called? I am picturing the one that has come unattached at the bottom.
it looks very late Edwardian to me 1913-17 ]. That type of lace was hugely popular then, as well as the multi-layered look. It was probably made for an older woman as the high neck is all but gone for young women by 1913.
