Need help dating a Laura Phillips dress

Hi,

I am quite new to collecting vintage and I have a Laura Phillips dress that i am finding it hard to date. I am assuming 70s or 80s but am really struggling with the label as everything I see online is a Kati dress from that era.
This dress was made using fabric from Joseph Banford in the US.
Can anyone help?

I don't think it's 80s judging from your labels.

Early '80's is my guess.

I'm almost certain this is early 80s this is the last label used by Laura Phillips. The company ran from the 30s to the 80s!
