Need help dating a pussybow secretary dress

    What are your thoughts on this one? I usually find pussy bow blouses and dresses from the late 1970s - early 1980s era. But isn’t the silhouette on this one is more of a 1960s style? Could it be early 1970s then? It is knee length and probably homemade, no tags. Also 99% chance it is a European dress, but the zipper is YKK which could give a clue on dating. The fabric according to a burn test is acetate.

    I see early 70s with this - like something Sue Ann Nivens would have worn.

    Thank you, I also get early 70s vibe from this one.
    And for some reason its black and white pattern makes me think of Diane von Furstenberg
