Ok i found this skirt in the bins at goodwill clearance center! Looks very old the style seems like 1910 to 20s but its hard to tell as the fabric pattern seems later. Details- silk fabric- velvet trim- shorter in front longer in back- handsewn hem- 2 layers of ruffles at hem- hook and eyes at waist- fabric loops inside the waist- another set of eyes on the outisde of skirt at back of waist- interior or lining is that very rough linen cotton lining youd see in some older dresses as a built in crinoline- wavy instead of pinked seams- pretty stained in the lining area a few rips or holes here and there but an amazing skirt! Possibly a reenactment piece thats pre 50s?? THANK YOU! ANY THOUGHTS ARE APPRECIATED
