thinking late 60's early 70's b/c of the government fabric mandate of the 60's which required companies to list percentage of fiber..Is this right?

I think this is much newer than the 60s/70s. I don't think bi-lingual labels were in regular use until quite a bit later. This looks like a fairly recent (90s maybe?) piece, but although I have lots and lots of older VF items, I haven't kept up with their later styles.

Agree with Anne. The slip is not very old.

Agree that it's fairly modern - also, the hem isn't sitting very flat which makes me wonder if it's been shortened?
