Need help dating an embroidered shirt

Hi all! I need help dating this very beautiful baby blue embroidered button down I purchased at an estate sale. I can’t seem to find anything online for the company. Hopefully someone out there can help! Apologies for the terrible pictures - I snapped them quickly outside while airing it out! I’m inclined to say 1970s because of the care instructions but I’m just not sure!
