Unfortunately, they are of a style that didn't change much for over 50 years. If you knew these were worn in 1905, I wouldn't question you, and if you knew these were worn in 1950, I wouldn't question you -- well maybe a little because they are cut too high for the 1950s. I suspect they are 1910s-early 1920s, just because the ornament on the vamp is not something you see in more modern styles because it might become choking hazard if it was pulled off by the child. Also, because they are a bright colour, I wouldn't put them much before 1910, when 99% of all footwear is black or white. So its safe to say c. 1910-1925. The style of label with the gold lettering on the black ground also fits in with that period.
