Need help dating, etc. El Cisne

Hi all! I have this great little jacket in very thick boucle wool with a label that reads "Creaciones El Cisne Hecho en Mexico." I have had no luck tracking down any information as to dates of this label. This is a rather classic piece and could be anywhere from the 30s to the 90s... Help?

I think it's from the 70s, the cut of it and those little puffed shoulders and also the label.

70s is my first impression, as well, with the same reasoning as MJ suggests above.
