Need Help Dating & Finding Info on Deadstock Pants labelled Kingsley

Hello!
I purchased these pants for $10 an an antique shop last month, and haven't been successful in finding any info on them or the label. I "think" they are from the 1960's-1970's era? I can't find a Kingsley label listed in your Label Resource, so if I can find some info on it, I'd be able to submit it for listing in the resource.
I'd appreciate any help/info provided. Thanks!

I did manage to find a couple of interesting facts on the store named on the price tag, Gilmore's, which in turn helps me narrow down the fact that these pants are 1976 or earlier.
