Need help dating fringed dress plz

I wondered if you could help me in dating this wonderful fringed dress..... I was thinking 1930s? There are snaps on the left side. The fabric feels like a silk crepe. Thank you!

It is difficult to see any detail in the photos, but from the description and overall look, I would agree with 30s.

If you could show the detailing at the waistline area and perhaps the bottom of the dress that may help.

The length is a little strange for 30s.
