need help dating hat

This is a sailor style wool felt hat with beading on the front. One side is slightly higher than the other, so I'm thinking it's meant to be worn tilted? The interior reads Doeskin felt 100% wool in the first shield, Geo. W. Bollman & Co., Inc. in the second ribbon, and Made in U.S.A. at the bottom. Bollman hats has made hats since the 19th century (I know this hat is not that old), and they're still producing hats.
