Hi everyone, I'm hoping one of you knowledgeable people can help give me some info about this silk Issey Miyake scarf - at least I think it's a scarf. It's about 30" square and is in excellent condition, it even has the original IM cardboard tag still attached. My grandma brought it back from Japan sometime in the 1970s I think. I've looked all over the web to find a similar item but found nothing, so I'm wondering if it's rare. Any info would be appreciated.
