Need help dating Liz Claiborne bomber jacket plz

Hi, I'd appreciate any help you all can give me with dating this jacket. It is 100% wool, made in USA, has a ILGWU label (red, white & blue), metal zipper. Thanks!

I don't think the shoulders are strong enough or the body blouson enough to be 80s. I recall very strong saturated colours in the early 90s, usually in jewel tones, but some bright colours for summer wear (along with saturated fuchsia, and dayglo orange and lime green. I would say early 90s on this
